Welcome! We have really loved living in Village Green it's a family friendly, welcoming neighborhood with multiple playgrounds in the complex, lots of wildlife wandering in (turkeys, deer, squirrels, birds, etc) and is close to the Botanical Gardens, and Henry Doorly Zoo, as well as wonderful downtown Omaha.

Front Yard
This townhouse is located towards the end of Village Green, on the backside of the building, facing the Botanical Gardens. There is extra privacy here and the house does not face the road so it is great for children. There is a swing set and bench right outside the front door, and parking is right next to the house, it's an end unit. The entire house was recently repainted and is smoke-free, pet free, air-conditioned and heated.

Living Room

A nice large area that you walk into as you enter the townhouse.

Behind the brown door is the back room and laundry room.

At the bottom of the stairs between the living room and the kitchen is the coat closet.

Kitchen

A new ceiling fan and dishwasher have been added. The kitchen cabinets have also been refinished and painted black. The stove is gas and less than a year old. The floor is laminate wood and in great condition. A pantry is also under the stairs.

Back Room

There is a large storage closet in the front half and the back half is the laundry room and storage room with built in shelves. We have used this room as different things at different times; a den, bedroom, and study room. In the picture there is a queen size bed.

Washer and shelves. Sorry, the black storage rack will not be staying with the townhouse.

Upstairs

At the top of the stairs is the upstairs storage closet and a ceiling fan has been added.

Bathroom

The bathroom has been gutted and refinished. The only things not replaced were the bath tub and toilet. The floor and shower were re-tiled, and a new vanity, marble counter top, fixtures, light, and medicine cabinet were placed as well. The plumbing was done by a certified plumber with a 5 year warranty. It's now a beautiful bathroom.

Master Bedroom

A large room, the bed is a king and we still have a lot of room. The floors are hardwood & the closet is good size and provides storage on the top shelf.

Second Bedroom

This has had a bead board chair rail added, new blinds, and a walk in closet with built in shelves and ample storage space.
